Women-only tournament.
Players use their own mobile phone with the Clash Royale game and their personal account.
These rules define how the Clash Royale esports tournament is organized on mobile devices (Android and iOS). Registering implies full acceptance of these rules.
Game: Clash Royale. Device: smartphone or tablet (Android / iOS). Latest official version of the game required, stable Internet connection required. Each player uses their own device and their own account.
Each participant must have a valid Clash Royale account, be present at the scheduled time and respect the referees, the organizers and the other players.
Phase 1: groups. Players are split into groups of 3 to 5 and everyone plays everyone in their group. Each match is a Best of 3 (BO3): first to win 2 games takes the match.
Points: win 3 points, loss 0 points. Tie-breakers: points, game difference, total games won, head-to-head result, then referee decision or a tie-break match if the schedule allows.
The top two of each group qualify for the final phase.
Phase 2: single elimination. Recommended format: round of 16 BO3, quarter-finals BO3, semi-finals BO5, optional 3rd-place match BO3, grand final BO5.
The tournament is played in friendly battles or in a private tournament created by the organizer. Cards are automatically capped at tournament level to guarantee fairness.
Players must start their match as soon as the referee calls it. The winner is the first to reach the number of games required by the format (BO3 or BO5).
Players must be present 10 minutes before their match. Being more than 5 minutes late may result in a forfeit loss.
Before a game starts: it is restarted. During a game: the result recorded by the game stands, unless the referee rules otherwise after a general technical incident. Deliberate disconnections count as forfeiting.
Allowed: Android smartphones, iPhone, Android tablets, iPad. Each player is responsible for their battery charge, their Internet connection and their device working properly.
Participants must behave respectfully. Forbidden: insults, harassment, unsporting behavior, cheating, account sharing, third-party software or game modifications, deliberate bug abuse.
Depending on severity: warning, loss of the game, loss of the match, disqualification, exclusion from future tournaments. Referee decisions are final.
After each match both players confirm the result; a screenshot may be requested in case of dispute. The official result is the one recorded by the game.
Referees alone are entitled to interpret these rules, settle disputes and impose sanctions. Their decisions cannot be appealed.
Prizes are announced before the tournament starts. No prize can be exchanged for money unless the organizer states otherwise.
Taking part in the tournament implies full acceptance of these rules. The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules before the competition starts if exceptional circumstances require it.
Take care of all the equipment and software you use, as well as the furniture. Be friendly and considerate towards every participant. Bring your own controller and the required cables, including a GC adapter. When the organizers call an end to freeplay, stop immediately: no “one more stock”, no “almost done”, the tournament's punctuality depends on you! If the rules are not respected, the organizer reserves the right to ban players from the tournament.
