A turnkey activity
You provide the venue and the date, the federation brings the rest: programme design, setup, hosting and pack-down.

Since 2005 the federation has been running events across Guadeloupe. That same know-how is available for your town, your school, your company or your association.
Running a play area takes equipment, supervision and experience. That is exactly what the federation does all year round at its own events.
You provide the venue and the date, the federation brings the rest: programme design, setup, hosting and pack-down.
Consoles, PCs, virtual reality headsets, simulators, screens and sound travel with the team. You provide the room and the power.
Trained volunteers and per-discipline referees support participants from start to finish, in French, English and Spanish if needed.
Inclusion sits at the heart of the association's purpose: closing the digital divide and making play accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
Every format is already road-tested at our events. They combine freely: a full village or a single station, depending on your room and your budget.
The association's statutory purpose covers culture, training and social action. In practice, that means five audiences we support in different ways.
Closing the digital divide
Village festival, youth week, association forum or neighbourhood event: the federation sets up a gaming village open to everyone, including families with no equipment at home.
Frequently requested
Discover, practise, understand
A session that speaks to pupils through what they enjoy, then opens onto supervised esports, team spirit and respect for opponents, in line with our code of conduct.
Frequently requested
Team cohesion
Christmas party, staff day or seminar: a tournament or blind test gets colleagues who never cross paths playing together, with no prior technical skill.
Frequently requested
Digital without intimidation
The federation has run the Seniors Cyber Trophy for several editions: seated formats at a chosen pace, where you score points even if you have never held a controller.
Frequently requested
Intergenerational connection
Retrogaming and dominoes bring three generations around the same table. It is often the simplest format to organise and the most unifying for a neighbourhood.
Frequently requested
From first contact to the post-event report, six simple steps.
The form below is enough: your organisation, your town, the date you have in mind and the formats you are interested in.
A federation member calls you back to define the expected audience, the duration and the venue constraints.
You receive a tailored activity programme and a quote. Terms depend on the format, the distance and the duration.
We agree together on the floor plan, power needs, setup times and the communication around the event.
The team arrives early, sets up, hosts for the whole planned duration, then packs down and leaves the venue as found.
Photos, tournament results and attendance figures are sent to you for your own reporting.
Fill in this form and we will come back to you with a proposal and a quote. Rates depend on the format, the duration and the distance: they are not published, they are set on a per-quote basis.
