Tournament rules
Article 1: purpose
These rules define how the Domino Clash esports tournament is organized on mobile devices (Android and iOS). Taking part in the tournament implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 2: platform
Game: Domino Clash. Device: smartphone or tablet (Android / iOS). Game version: latest available update. Internet connection required. Each player uses their own device.
Article 3: participants
The tournament is open to all registered players. Each participant must have a valid Domino Clash account, be present at the stated time and respect the referees and the other players.
Article 4: tournament format
The tournament has two phases. Phase 1: groups. Players are split into tables of 4; each table plays one game of Domino Clash. After each game a ranking is set and the two best players of each table qualify for the next round.
General code of conduct
Take care of all the equipment and software you use, as well as the furniture. Be friendly and considerate towards every participant. Bring your own controller and the required cables, including a GC adapter. When the organizers call an end to freeplay, stop immediately: no “one more stock”, no “almost done”, the tournament's punctuality depends on you! If the rules are not respected, the organizer reserves the right to ban players from the tournament.
Image rights and data protection
By taking part in or attending the GIGA'GAMES, Guadeloupe Gaming Caribbean Destination event, held on Sunday July 26 at the Palais des Sports Laura Flessel in Petit-Bourg (Guadeloupe), every participant and visitor acknowledges that they may be photographed, filmed or recorded.
Pictures, videos and recordings made during the event may be used by the organizer and/or its partners on any communication medium, including web, social media, press, billboards, digital media, television and radio, to publish results, inform or promote the event, without any payment, compensation or consideration being claimable.
In accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations and the rights recognized by the CNIL, anyone may request the removal of their personal data or visual likeness by sending an e-mail to lagigagames@gmail.com or verifggic@gmail.com. Every request will be reviewed and handled as quickly as possible, in compliance with the law in force.
